Six Shot Sequence Video

The six shot sequence is made up of close ups, extra close ups, medium shots, wide shots, and extra wide shots. A close up shows just the subject's face, while an extra close up shows just their hands or what they are doing. A medium shot shows the subject from the waist up and a wide shot shows them from head to toe. An extra wide shot sets the scene showing the subject from head to toe but also shows others in the room and where they are.
While making this video in Final Cut Pro I learned that it is always best to make sure all of your files that you plan to use for the video are in the same folder. I also learned to use the J and L keys to fast forward and rewind my video to make sure it went smoothly. For my next project I will make sure that all of my shots are correctly framed before going in to edit. I will also take more time to perfect the transitions from shot to shot.
