My Personality Type

My Personality Type

My Myers-Briggs Personality type is called an ENFJ which stands for Extravert iNtuitive Feeling Judging. This means that I am very responsible, but also empathetic and highly attuned to others' needs. Those with this personality are particularly driven and have a lot on their plates. People with this personality also provide inspiring leadership. Other people with this personality type include Martin Luther King Jr., Oprah Winfrey, and Nelson Mandela. These famous people all very well show the ambition and leadership skills that are popular in ENFJs.

I feel like the description of what an ENFJ is very well describes me. One of the articles was about what makes an ENFJ tick and what makes them angry. It says that people with an ENFj personally have a deep empathy and compassion towards people, but are hard on the ones around them. This describes me very well because I am little tougher on the ones closest to me because want what is best for them. I also have high expectations, for myself and for others, but I always willing t give and receive feedback. Although most of the description was correct for me, I felt that when it said that ENFJs can sometimes be too empathetic and become over-involved doesn't quit relate to me. I feel that I am always ready to to talk I love it hen people ask me for help with a problem, but i try not to over-step my boundaries and i now when to stop.

If an ENFJ is in a group setting they like to take up the leader role, as do I, but if that roe is already filled, they are ready to step in wherever and help. When a group is need of a leader, I tend to step right up and take charge and it usually works out fine. If that role is filled and iIam helping in a different position I usually help as much as I can and sometimes end up being a unofficial leader. I tend t over-step my bounds when in a group setting, but it sully turns out fine and they are happy for my help. That is all  ever want to do is help, but some people can take it the wrong way. I can easily be misunderstood, and I have been before, but I have learned my lesson and I tend to clarify as much as I can. People tend to misunderstand me when we are in a group setting that already has a leader. I tend to Accidentally answer questions or do something that the leader is capable of dong and they have thought that I was truing to take over or be controlling, but I'm just trying to help.
